When you contract services with ACTION INSURANCE GROUP, you will be required to pay any invoices with your credit card. Your credit card information is stored in another Financial & Billing Software system accessible to our Billing Team and Executive Officers. Transaction logs will be kept on file in ACTION INSURANCE GROUP’ financial & billing software system. If concessions were made and you paid your invoice using a business check, we will keep a record of that check deposit in your billing profile for up to one year. When you send us e-mail from this Website, you will provide us with certain personally identifiable information including your e-mail address.
